February 11th heard is the day stuff will start to happen on the beverage side. Don’t have details but heard from a reliable source.
Sad to say, Pepsi doesn't give F***...the whope operation is ran like the mafia
In AMENA, they promoted VP's to SVP's; Sr. Directors to VP's, and some Directors to Sr.Directors etc..
So in a nutshell, yes they removed the regions layer but almost layed off no one, on the contrary they found jobs (and balloon jobs) for these senior mafia and they even promoted them.
Ramon & Mike need to be aware of what is happening. It cannot be that the AMENA leadership under Mike has now 7 Egyptians out of 16 !! As if there is no one to take these jobs except Egyptians!
Too much VP's & SVP's in the new AMENA structure... Why? Guys wake up, on beverages AMENA is 95% Franchise operations! wake up!
Oh they know what they are doing with the cutting they cut people who have been here a while and after a few months replace them with either managed services or off shore resources at half the cost. All about the bonuses they can reap
Lol. AMENA "cuts" aren't brutal... At the senior level, they "cut" people at retirement age. All going home with massive packages I'm sure.
At the B2/B1 level - it's all about "jobs for the boys". Even with no regions, they've bundled a bunch of portfolios or BUs to these B2/B1 people to retain them on their fat paychecks.
It'll be the poor junior people that gets cut. Then they'll realise, oh sh-- who's going to do all the work and hire again in 12 months. Like I said... It's all about "jobs for the boys"
IT sustain is looking to get sliced
I personally saw my IT job being advertised last week by a 3rd party contractor used by Cognizant. Looks like it's coming soon
Started in AMENA sector. 2 layers are cut and no regions anymore. Started with senior leaders and will take final shape by end of dec. it is going to be brutal.
