Thread regarding Windstream Corp. layoffs

From bad to worse...

Just when you think it can't get any worse - https://www.nasdaq.com/article/why-is-windstream-win-down-431-since-last-earnings-report-cm1066497

Good work TT. You still have time to resign as CEO and get a job at Walmart as a greeter for the holiday season, or maybe Sears corporate will hire you to get ready for bankruptcy....

Wow! Stock hovering around just $2 a share, and now company market cap just now $88 million....

What will happen next - TT resigns, they do another reverse split, or they sell off more assets?

When your CEO posts a Pull The Goalie strategy on Stream and you start offering 5 months FREE on everything you should be very concerned.

This is my employee engagement survey. T-Bag is the man. He is going to take us to the promise land. No wait. He is going to take himself on a European Vacation and tell us how great it is spending the money he got for giving no raises to employees. He should take the jet around the world for the bankruptcy tour.

"Starting to think bad leadership is the smocking gun"

Exactly. Wall Street isn't stupid, unlike the WIN executive leadership. Basically same leadership tactics since TT took over at the end of 2014. This stock won't be taken seriously again until new leadership occurs - no matter how much you executives gripe and whatever else you do on here - nobody will take this company seriously anymore.

Customers know how bad the leadership is. People are avoiding this stock because they read the Wall Street reports that are put out, not listening to some executive state that this is a 'new' company.

And executives - you are correct - since the re-branding of the new 'name' to WE - this is a different company - one with the stock that has crashed to new record lows. At least the previous name of 'Windstream' had a decent earnings history at one time of being a decent stock.

WIN Board of Directors - or whatever it is you are called - do the company stock a favor and just vote out TT - the company can still rebound in time after you pay him and send him home to his room. New leadership can lead to more business customers - and more revenue - and that means more bonuses for the executives. But this will never be realized with the same current leadership.

To be fair to the comment a couple of posts down, some do say it’s under priced. Possibly the lawsuit is weighing it down. Numbers were decent last quarter so I’m not sure exactly what it is. Starting to think bad leadership is the smocking gun.

There has been some real dumb advice on this site but the last comment was about as stupid a suggestion as a rural phone company aquireing a bunch of belly up CLEC companies.

This stock is so underpriced it’s funny. Spend all you have on WIN and when we win that lawsuit you won’t even have to work for win anymore you’ll be so rich. Stocks are going to soar!*

This site is not a prison we don't have time for your drivel we are going to pivot, scrum, and disruptive technology our way right into the poorhouse. That's what leadership looks like to me.
