CJ POWERS... In the VC They recommend to give pt choices so home office came up with PROBE forms.. Any optician worth their salt knows how to talk to pt and give them the appropriate lens/frame choices. If not they shouldn't be hired. PROBE forms are a huge waste of paper that no one uses unless they think the Pharmacy Dm (who knows nothing about optical except what the region tells them, who knows nothing about optical) is coming. If they really wanted optical to thrive, they would adjust hours 10-6 m-s. Revise the warranty policy to one year one time. Get some leaders in field positions with real optical experience.
