Our margins are not even enough to cover payroll. The company will be broken up and what can’t be sold will be shut down. Don’t believe all the rubbish that it’s all down to the debt as it’s not. There is allot wrong and it’s not just management there is incompetentance at most levels in the organisation.

Haha. Nice counter. Unfortuanlety everyone hasn’t done their part for the last decade, including the manager who made the counter post, as this is the state wft is in. It’s too far gone.
Wft just needs to go away. There is no room for them. Sorry for the people who work there. At some point you will need to cut your losses and not expect a big severance payout.
Is that including yourself? Since you speak of margins and payroll you must have access to P&L data, which makes me think that you come from operations. mid-level manager or supervisor. Why don't you then hire competent field hands? or get fresh grads and run them through the school. no funds for that? start working on your margins. start with yourself
