I'm getting so tired of being seen by upper management as nothing else but an expense they need to find a way to get rid of! Do they really thing that Sungard AS can survive without the very workers that built it up in the first place?
We are their best resource and yet they treat us like c-ap and something disposable. I don't even remember anymore when job security was a thing here.
Anything to inflate their own golden parachutes, I guess.
