I spent 15 years with Coca-Cola and it was 15 sad years. I retired as soon as I could in an effort to regain my passion for life. There are some very talented and great people in the organization. Why leadership continues to treat their employees like a commodity will ciome back to haunt them. This could and should be a great place to work because Coca-Cola and its’ Bottling Partners do invest in the community and the world but, as an employee, their benevolence is only skin deep. Sorry Coca-Cola. You’re not going to be able to recruit and/or retain the brightest talent with your superficial operating model.
