1) Cut Ops and Sales managers salaries
2) Propose compensation based in “Real” revenue generation (means based on collection)
3) Reduce trips and hotel expense to the minimum
4) Eliminate the Expat status and paid all employees in local currency
5) Focus on Sell, Sell, Sell and collect, collect and collect
6) Review support structures and reduced it to the minimum
7) Incentive and recognize the field crews and maintenance support
