The options for WFT

WFT Options:

1) Cut Ops and Sales managers salaries

2) Propose compensation based in “Real” revenue generation (means based on collection)

3) Reduce trips and hotel expense to the minimum

4) Eliminate the Expat status and paid all employees in local currency

5) Focus on Sell, Sell, Sell and collect, collect and collect

6) Review support structures and reduced it to the minimum

7) Incentive and recognize the field crews and maintenance support

Take care of the field guys a d they will take care of the office. When you constantly screw them, a other manager can't fix the toxic attitude.

I turned down a job in 2013 at weatherford.

The amount of money they were offering was nearly double my salary at the time (I'm at another OFS company). It was a very large amount.

I turned the job down though because I could not understand how the salary could be so good at a company which had not had a profitable year since mid 2000's. These two conflicting things were the reason I didn't join then and are partly why WFT is in the state it is today.
