These executive management teams are either delusional or they are outright lying.
Management positions are reserved for freinds and family and not having field experience is preferred. These guys are hilarious.

Chart a course into you managers butt.
Chart your path to do more but get no compensation! At least wft still puts up the front that there is a future, even though there isn't.

How do you chart your career path, when there are a bunch of dead logs lying in the middle of the path? And at the end of the path, the manager sits with his armour. The dead logs are there collecting a pay cheque because he allows them to be.
Shouldn’t be called Chart your Career path.. should be called, how to overcome the dead weight obstacles.
I'm charting my own course, as a field/operations guy i'm waiting for the whole s..t show to belly up and then ill walk into another job. I already have a couple of offers, but the guys know the score with my situation so they are prepared to wait.
The guys who have played around all these years thinking they were cute in never doing any work and playing office politics are gonna be up s..t creek without a paddle.
Having a managerial background at Weatherford will count against them in this game.
