What are the odds that next round of layoffs are mid January? There was a good bit of them around same time last year.

If they are going to do lay offis, just do it and get it over with instead of keeping everybody living on a bubble just waiting for it to burst.

Ok here is a thought, several years ago Windstream was allocated CAF monies (we are talking millions) for each state. There were plans to implement/upgrade high speed internet services in underserved areas, then all of a sudden the CAF money was pulled from many states and those project were thrown in the trash. So what ever happened to the millions of CAF dollars that was allocated to Windstream? Nobody seems to know where the money ended up. Have you noticed anybody driving fancy new cars, taking exotic vacations, or building nice new home? HMMMMM where is the money?

It will take a year or two to ride out the last loan extension taking into account they can milk what is left and they can pay current interest payments before having to worry about defaulting. By then 5G wireless competition will make whatever land line assets worthless. So there you have both options and the corporate strategy, ride it out while crossing fingers for someone to buy any worthwhile assets while they can sti get a few pennies for them. In the meantime, have a good time, enjoy their pay, bonuses and vacations. I would do the

same. Why pretend to be miserable when you know you can keep cashing your checks and the future is relatively predictable for you. As an employee you should do the same, unless your job can be automated Outsourced or eliminated

Don’t worry, the execs have every intention of riding this donkey into the ground as agonizingly slow as is possible milking every penny along the way. Ask them how much money they need, the answer- all of it. That is why no cost of living increases and benefit reductions. Why not find a position that is fairly insulated from outsourcing and staff reduction and ride it down with them? You won’t get a raise but there is zero stress and very little work. Just put in about four hours of solid work a week and then coast down the hill. I’ve been doing it for years. Once you adjust your expectations to align with executive management (what they know, not what they say) it’s smooth sailing. Hey you might even score a “work” from home gig as icing on the cake.

I have held onto some shares thinking if it would get close to what I bought it, I wouldn’t lose my @$$. That aint happenin. How freakin low can ot go and we remain in business? Whatever the cost to get TT out of office would be worth it. Cut our liss and Pay the creep to leave and get us someone that can turn this ship around. Before there’s nothing left to salvage.

I wish I could see your heavily caked with BS soap box. Layoffs in November... hundreds of people... ahhhhh the end is neigh!!! The last several rumors have been wrong. It’s likely just trolls doing trolls work.

Sure - the company is suffering and one of this asshat’s predictions will come true just because the same sh-- is said all the time.

The stock was predicted to be near pre-split price by eoy. Looks like that c-ap ain’t happening either. Cheers to another year of looking for something better while this sh-- hole sinks.

Delisting is approaching in 2019, can't imagine they do an even larger reverse split like Frontier did, but in Corporate America - you never know. MoviePass did a 1 for 500 recently, so the next WIN reverse split will be certainly higher than the previous one....lol
