RML talks a lot about inclusion but really missed an opportunity have the composition of his ELT be representative of 50/50 males & females.
Optimistically I’d like to think that HS as the lead of HR will have the opportunity to sit on the ELT like the 3 men who are being groomed ELT jobs.
We say we want to change & be progressive but yet we make NO progress towards diversifying the ELT and giving HiPot women the same chance as men.
Actions will always speak louder than words RML. Get on the inclusion bus or get off, but please do not pretend to be on a journey you’re not actually committed to.
