Is RML really committed to Inclusion?

RML talks a lot about inclusion but really missed an opportunity have the composition of his ELT be representative of 50/50 males & females.

Optimistically I’d like to think that HS as the lead of HR will have the opportunity to sit on the ELT like the 3 men who are being groomed ELT jobs.

We say we want to change & be progressive but yet we make NO progress towards diversifying the ELT and giving HiPot women the same chance as men.

Actions will always speak louder than words RML. Get on the inclusion bus or get off, but please do not pretend to be on a journey you’re not actually committed to.

I thought COP was an energy company, meant to find oil and gas....not a vehicle to fight social injustices? No wonder this company s---s at what it is supposed to do, it’s employees are too busy working on fluff soft goal nonsense like inclusion. Find some oil and you will be included I guarantee that.

As a person of color, I am offended that you consider gender as the only avenue to reach diversity. From where I sit, the ELT has way more woman than colored people - so where do you get off saying we need more women when clearly we don't need to be adding any more white people and need to dig into our other employees.

I agree with the last post, both s-xes fight against the other. There is no easy fix. It is hard to get behind inclusion when your female TMT rep says she has to ‘look out for her ladies’ before the last layoff....that just sounds like what women b--ch about men saying to them all the time.

As was stated earlier, it doesn’t really care since the ELT only cares about stuffing their pockets and pillaging the company before trying to flip it.

Too bad people are too blind to see that being a woman or being a man shouldn’t be a qualifying or disqualifying factor for anything. Until we get over that, from both sides, it will just be gender gangsterism. Neither side is better than the other. Both sides are doing the same exact thing they claim to be “fighting”

The ELT cares about ELT enrichment. Once again they have “eliminated” an ELT position, so Mr. HR gets a nice severance package. The second one in two months. What chutzpah!!!
