Why is the same question asked over and over?.....This was discussed in another post a couple of days ago.
It would have been if Judge drain had granted the unsecured creditors' motion the week before Thanksgiving. it got pushed back. there's another hearing on Dec 15th to decide whether Sears will go into Ch 7 and total liquidation. most likely it'll get pushed back again, but we'll see.
