I read all these comments by employees who keep pissing and moaning. It appears that there are many internal issues here. If I was a manager I would can anyone who just b--ched and complained. If your not part of the solution you are part of the problem.

Haha haha. Did you take their strategic leadership course. It’s based on German leadership in both world wars. Walk tall, carry a big stick and when the chips are down..... loose.
So many VP's and directors were/are heavily invested in WFT.
They destroyed the company and are now BAGHOLDERS.

Is anyone on this thread confused about their gender? Because it reads like everyone is bragging about how much bigger their ‘member’ is. All that noise sure sounds like a lot of confused ‘men’.

Weatherford needs more managers. Thats the issue. There is a lack of management .
We need more guys in golf shirts. The field hands make all the decisions and get paid all the money. It has to stop. We need more guys who could not cut it in the field. We need more brother in laws, fishing buddies, hunting buddies, drinking buddies. All the rest will take care of itself. Also we need more re deployment, keep shipping the same junk around by air mail because thats's cheaper than rentals. Yes that's it. ahhhh success. Feels good.

agree, its the lower level's problem. they have so much power to do whatever they want, could NEVER be UPPER MGMT issues. Oh no.....
It is corrupt from the top down. We at the bottom just take a beating from the management and the people directly under them who are protected. That is all.
Yep, the lowest level average Joes are the problem with this company.
Everything is their fault, all the time. IF they did their jobs they were hired to do, we would not be in the financial distress.
