Culp is going to bring back all the retirees and every manager is going to be forced to get their approval for everything. Things will be much better.

Not sure how you can blame Rice for Powers problems, was long gone by some of the really bad decisions were made. Those fall on Steve Bolze and Jeff Immelt.
So the only people Culp can find to help run the place are the people who wrecked it? Will Immelt be on the board next?
If the man can bring some orders and fill the factories, how can it hurt?
