I worked for weatherford from 2009-2015 (laid off) got re hired in March of 2017. Worked for 5 months and noticed all of the experienced personnel had been let go during the time I was laid off and the managers were all brown nosers who had no clue what was going on. So I got a better job and quit Weatherford. Of course my incompetent boss kept blowing up my phone so I blocked him. 3 months later he called from a different number and ask me why I left. I told him that weatherford was a lot different than when I 1st worked there. He said “I know, it’s better”... I wanted to vomit in my mouth... for reals... the whole attitude at weatherford is .. “I’m ridding this wave till it’s done”.
The field hands use to constantly post on social media how much they loved there jobs and how wonderful Weatherford is. I don’t see that anymore, wonder why ?
What the investors don’t know is that all of the employees left at weatherford are unable to get jobs at any large service company. Therefore what’s left is a ride or die mentality. I wonder how long it will be before journey management just quits answering the phone.. bahhbahhhbahhbahh!!!
