42 engineers loose job in Bangalore

Advent which bought the distributed power business of GE has refused to absorb some of the engineers from GE. A complete team of 42 engineers in Bangalore have lost their jobs....things are really becoming messy for GE employees.

No worries Siemens will pick you up, they seems to be falling into the same rabbit hole GE went down years ago. If I were a GE US engineer and citizen , get your resume into defense contractor and stay there until you retire. GE is no place to stick with in the long run. What POS company it has become.

I didn’t hear people raising a concern when years ago US Engineers lost their jobs or were not promoted when the work went to India so why should we care now?
