This is the staffing plan for Holidays?

Had to wait over 10 minutes for a staff member to assist me because she was alone on the floor and being asked other questions and 15 minutes on the register line because of 2 cashiers and their constantly trying to up sell each customer with gift cards and memberships. So aggravating. This is a big d-mn store, too. Superstore in NJ.

Wasn't this the same labor model last year, too? Don't understand why the 'biggie higher ups' didn't learn or get this last time or did something in prep for this season? Total id--ts. Lowest holiday season last year and less staff this year and they expect to survive?

The new labor model is hard we do the best we can until the biggies higher up realize staff and labor are needed to keep the stores in order....

Holiday staffing plan consists of hiring as few people as possible, and having those few people spew out the membership nonsense. Meanwhile, there will be no people on the floor to assist other customers. Plus no head cashiers to count the tills. Plus no maintenance people to clean up the trash. Plus no receiving managers to get books to the floor in a timely manner.

Sounds like a winner! LOL

We all know where this is going. No one wants to buy the company.
