You need to be more specific about location and job role. Base and variable will variable.
For example a G11 SE will get higher base pay than a G11Corp and a higher percentage of base for their variable pay.
To illustrate: a UK based G11 SE would expect a midpoint OTE of £106k vs £82k for someone on the G11 corp plan.
Total comp cannot cross 200k
