Long term plan to ultimate cut cost and increase profits.
Meaning no full-time, no benefits and if possible no worker just bots. What can't fall under these categories falls under 3rd party sub contracted out.
And too answer your question they can't tell you what is happening next because they don't know themselves. They just throw things at the wall and hope it sticks. Anyone with any time under the belt knows Walmart never sticks to a plan.
