Specialist by January 2020 will be the next to go. Either eliminated totally or relabled as a pro or something else. Considering that sales numbers accountability are no longer a thing and that they no longer have specialist meetings. If the PSI specialist was considered expendable why not the rest of the specialists? Especially considering how hard they pushed PSI/PSE programs over the past 4 years

I see the problems that are related to what store level management faces. From higher ups, hours are cut and given to non productive stores to get them productive(not a known fact just hear say). Less employees on the sales floor means poorer customer service, no help for customers to get there questions answered and frustrated to not find help, product or directions to product. This makes sales drop with no help in the store. Happens to me as I go to a store that will help me. Don't get me wrong but I hear the same at the Orange Store. They come to us for our help, experience and make a purchase. When our store manager cashiers he becomes the the most expensive employee we have in the store.

Lower levels of sales lead to cuts in hours, which means less folks to take care of customers, which leads to lower sales...rinse and repeat as needed.
