MSA here (hate that word!) asking what we can expect after 1/19. Overnights? Traveling team? MSA managers going away?

I haven't heard anything negative yet. I know in the test markets for MST they where working days. I know that the test markets in Florida for the "overnight readiness associates" didn't include MSA's. I don't think any positions can go away with the expansion of the whole program. I believe it will run company wide as is for 2019, before they change anything like overnights etc. Like they said, we need to get really good at service first. So I think we're safe for a year before we hit some turbulence
