Why was the post about joining a union removed? Is this site run by Wal Mart?

It's too late for that. Unions were set up for full time blue collar workers. Walmart is eliminating full time. The only ones that will be left as full time will be management who can't unionize. A cashier that works 8 hours a week does not have extra money for Union dues. This in conjunction with automation has soften the effectiveness of the threat of a united labor force.
Read the rules. Excessive posting is one of the rules that's on the top of the list.
If your very post is 'lets unionize' and you post a few times a day, I'd say that's excessive. I'd bet that this post will stay, together with other posts you had about unions, but if you were to go ahead and post several 'let's unionize posts' one after the other, they'd ban, block and delete...
You're dumb enough to ask if this site is run by the people you're fighting in one breath, but asking us to support your union in the next?
Neither advertising nor asking for votes is allowed here, check the site rules.
Some people feel really threatened by unions. Afraid of change. Unions won't help once automation is in full swing, but right now unions could help Walmart workers get the most pay and benefits while their jobs still exist for humans to do.
The admin was probabably as sick of your constant union rallying AS THE REST OF US. I'm glad they took it down, and I hope they continue to.
Btw: You need to remember, just because a site owner doesn't like your posts doesn't mean they're affiliated with some organization. It's not a conspiracy when some one thinks you blow.
