Yesterday GM made an official announcement that it has named Mark Reuss, the now former chief of GM's global product group and Cadillac. The new president is a long-time company insider. I would like to hear some opinions on this appointment.

I think that was the point. Someone higher than his pay grade decided they needed a female touch to whether that storm.

He should have been made CEO in Mary's place.
Unfortunately his face wasn't pretty enough to weather the auto recall situation that kills many people. Conspiracy, it's not hard to see whom was needed to face the storm.
