I have worked for both depot and Lowe’s and bottom line is their employees are held far more accounting then us. The do more with less. Sales goals. Service goals. Everything by employee. We have none of that.
Laying off their good, well trained people who then go to work for Home Depot, which appears to be thriving to a much greater extent than Lowe's.
You know hour CEO came from Depot right? Don’t be that disgruntled guy.
What is that going to solve?
