Worked for him for several years. Never had our back. Took credit for others accomplishments. Looked out for self. Sums it up.
they need to review his pto. he takes 16 weeks per year and never logs it. how do you manage a group if you're never around. then the blame game. it's everyone else's fault things are not working.
