I worked at Lowe’s for 5 years I used to work in a LP position for 3 of them. I eventually quit out of frustration about a year and a half ago. Even back then I could see the writing on the wall.
I just found out from people I used to work with that I still consider friends what happened today.
I’m not going to rant on Lowe’s. They make decisions they think will help the business. There is nothing I can change or do with toxic words.
What I can say is that in the 5 years I worked at Lowe’s I met a bunch of amazing, wonderful people. It was a fun place to work and I had many great memories and made great relationships.
Don’t let this defeat you guys. You are what made Lowe’s special. You are the people that made Lowe’s unique, and you still have that energy to bring with you somewhere else.
Keep your heads up high, there are better days ahead.
