I was told different things, what is the severance package for the different positions that was let go

PSI's told one thing on conference call when we were all fired, THEN totally difference info on our email moments later. DISHONEST COMPANY to loyal and experienced long term employees. FEW will qualify for severance. Read all other posts for details. MARVIN ELLISON, the "Christian" is more like a Roman Emperor with an inflated ego killing Christians. CEO with no foresight and zero compassion. How can this greedy jerk even sleep at nights in his mansion? He has RUINED thousands of hard working men and women with families right after the holiday celebrating the birth of Christ. WHAT AN EVIL HYPOCRITE. The board of directors should step in sooner than later, he is RUINING what WAS an excellent company that USED TO BE focused on customer service. SHAME ON YOU ALL.

PSI severance is 2 weeks for ever year so basically one paycheck for every year. But salary only, not an average of salary + commission. The dumb--s AREA HR first told us we could work through 2/15/19 and receive the severance package OR we could tak another job within Lowe’s and “he talked to the store managers so we wouldn’t get moved in peoplesoft until 2/16 and thus stay with Lowe’s and still get the severance. After several people questioned him he went into an office and made a phone call. He came back out and said it was one or the other. How can you be an area HR manager and come into a meeting where people are being layed off and be that ignorant and ill-informed/unprepared? That’s another discussion for another day I suppose.
That's exactly what I was seeing then heard one week then someone told me 20 grand for 3 years of working there and that didn't sound right neither. It's a huge mess and not fair. So sad and right after Christmas
Not sure about the others but the LP severance was 1 week per full year of service, minimum of 4 weeks. Funny thing is, the severance policy said 2 weeks per year and that document was deleted a few hours after I looked it up.
