A couple more changes in the market staff but I don't have specifics yet. Will update when I have more information.
Cpo will reorganize and adjust to legacy and exterior installs. Look for the regions and markets not on cpo to move full speed to get on board since the installed sales offices in the stores are pretty much being taken out. I’ll be Albuquerque opens a CPO Office within the year. PSE and legacy installs are still a big win for the company since Claims and Compensation associated with those don’t come as close to what is paid out for tearing apart someone’s home and putting it back together.
Our psi market is meeting in a store but they are as close to my CPO. Anyone think CPO is shutting too?

When one big tree falls, new life begins for another.... Marvin is doing his best to look good. Can’t blame him. CPO was one of the dumbest decision LOWES has made in its history. Sad that Lowe’s bought into that bunch of c-ap. I hate to see what that actually cost investors, of course that report will never be shared...hang in there PSI employees, new life is coming....

Psi position will be eliminated, 30 days to apply for another internal job or be let go. SM on the call today.
Just got email for a conference call tomorrow sent to all LP's in my region.
From a Psi there is a mandatory meeting at 1pm. They need to be there at 12:45pm. If they are on vacation they required to come in and reschedule any appointments at this time. And multiple other Psi from different districts and states.
From my Lp and other Lp’s in my district managers and specialist no meeting on Friday.
All of the changes will be announced on Monday or Tuesday next week. All the changes need to be in place starting January 14. Not hard to figure out. Look at the new postings for the Asm. It states will not be hired prior to 1/11/19 will start 1/14/19.
The PSI at our store still has open appointments for Feb. Soo not sure what to think.

PSE’s also have a mandatory Conference call tomorrow after the PSI face-to-face. SM’s in conference call now. Turbulent times we are in.
Not sure anything is changing with LP. If it were, there would be a hiring freeze right now, however, jobs continue to be posted as recently as a few days ago with no change to salary grade. I have noticed an addition in the job description lately with " In addition, this position will train and provide mentorship around safety and loss prevention for teams of individual contributors in multiple store locations." This could be nothing, as most tenured LP's are continually pulled to other stores for assistance. The 48 hour week may be changing, but nothing has hinted at that lately and not all Districts/Regions are having a meeting for LP's tomorrow.

I’m also interested in the source of your information. PSI and LPs have s meeting tomorrow but there’s been nothing to indicate from what’s been said that the programs are ending. I understand that things have been kept quiet before, just wondering how accurate your source is. Thanks!
Store managers have a meeting today, and then PSIs get the news Friday. I've heard nothing about LP and Specialists though.
