If the proposed restructure is true...I'm at a risk level 3 store, so I know Im getting wiped out!

Hope the company got a well thought out plan because there will be a lot of angry employees tomorrow morning.

And what about my bonus that I earned? what happens with that

Area manager says you worry to much cause they aren’t losing their jobs. District staff should go away they s--- sitting on their lab tops and using cell phones in offices all day

I made a little over 50k as a LP manager for Lowes, yea it’s not six figures but I lived on it happily. I moved on about 4 months ago once the rumors started. Change happens, adapt and overcome. If you’re still a LP at Lowe’s and you get let go tomorrow, keep your head up. With the experience you have gained you’ll be able to find a job no time.

Such a c-appy attitude as if any company owes you anything. How about you explain to your 6 yr old why daddy hasn’t done enough to put his family in a better situation. You have no career and out making babies and yet that’s Lowe’s fault?

Look how much money would be saved by Lowe's if shrink bonuses weren't paid.

I'm set to full bonus as well.

I also think there won't be a severance since LP isn't salary.

Regardless, I feel lots of good people are gonna get bad news tomorrow, including myself possibly.

It’s really bad to be a top producing PSI and work your butt off for the store and company, especially when the store’s sales were down and your sales brought the store up. They counted on you. Your thanks for a job well done is take a position with a significantly lower salary. Thanks Lowe’s. Appreciate it. Maybe if they managed, hired experienced people and supported the program properly, they wouldn’t be losing their tail on it.

There are a ton of open positions in the stores now. DS and ASM. If you are a really a value add associate you should find a home. Companies have to change. Lowe’s is one of no major retailers with LP in every store ! Who knows if all this is even true at this point. Could be all rumors.

I know you’re upset, but maybe you’ll get one of the multi-store jobs. Or go back store side? Why do you think they’ve been stalling on adding these new management positions? There are going to be lots of opportunities for those who want to stay with the company.
