while in line waiting to pay for my lunch a customer approached me asking if we sell enema kits. We're doing GREAT haha!
A costumer ask me if I could tech him how to peel a banana.
norcal has excessive out of stocks here in the bay area man too many holes not enough produce.
and they will blame the stores not the inadequate regional and global leadership that only drive the company to the ground.
at store level astl’s are only worried about them staying above water but really don’t go anywhere nothing positive only negative feedback and influence store team leader with no actual facts.

My store Lynnfield Massachusetts the Specialty department are Doing Great we didn’t beat last year sales on Thanksgiving and Christmas
Because the Team Leader Jennifer Becerril and Alex the guy from England all they do is seat outside the store smoking c-gare--es all day!
