Mattel has been a tough place to work for years now. What the main reason you stay?
A. Believe Mattel will have a turnaround in the next 6-12 months and willing to stick it out until then
B. Hoping a buyout happens soon and new owners make things better
C. Need the money and can't find an equal or higher paying job somewhere else
D. Too lazy to look elsewhere or don't like change
E. Other
I have shares still to vest. After that? F--- Mattel.

I agree with the guy below. It's a pretty good place to work. Times are tough, but hopefully it can turn around. On the other hand, It's well known that nearly all the content on this site is written by a few disgruntled (ex?) employees.
E. I’ve worked for far worse companies than Mattel. If you honestly think it’s that bad, you either have a sh-- boss or have yet to experience worse. It’s a job, make the best of it, and if you’re miserable, it’s time to move on.
