What's happening with the marine fleet???? How comes most of the vessels are not in production? Is this the end of the road?

Today's announcement.

They are planning to do a 2D marine survey.
There are only a handful of vessels remaining in the fleet and all are high capacity vessels. Are they going to be using one of these 14+ steamer vessels to do a 2D survey or sub contract it out to someone else ?
Either way, it all seems a bit desperate considering where the remaining vessels are at the moment.
CGG are not staying in Seismic Exploration. Land is being shut down and the fleet is being reduced to 3 vessels and then being sold by 2020. The CEO mistakenly believes they can survive being a data processing house and equipment manufacturer...... good luck with that and all thier debt, useless layers of Management and Offices all around the World.
there have been several posts about vessels ........why no read and respond before starting yet another.
