The only CK I know is the Thomas show guy and I think he makes the Barbie show too. He’s not part of the leadership team at least not on fifteen. Maybe OP has wrong initials
No one ever understood what RD's remit was and even more now that the new CEO has brought in the movie lady and the brand lady from hello kitty. I don't know who CK is. Is he on 15?
YK was brought in to facilitate a fire sale and try to keep things profitable so shareholders can get their money’s worth. Unfortunately we have another marbled mouth megalomaniac who’s as ineffective as our cost reduced toys. no magic in the toys or leadership folks. Get ready to deploy another golden parachute.
RD I get but CK? No way, Wrong blame to put there. Look who has been the consistency since Mattel's downfall. RD has been the roadblocking, indecisive, status quo "leader" who isn't CEO for a reason. But why he's still empowered to make decisions (which rarely happen unless it's something Barbie and then it's all about playing it safe), like hiring executives such as JH (how she got past YK is beyond me) is baffling. Those roadblocks and lack of management affected CK so he's just caught in the crossfire. Not the problem.
