Are u honestly comparing Lowe’s to Hobby Lobby???? Hobby lobby is a niche retailer that is family owned. Thus no shareholders !!!! Completely different animal.
Hobby Lobby is retail. They are closed Sunday’s and start at $15 an hour in my state-
So your post is flawed. If Lowe’s wanted to make a schedule that was good to both the business and employees they could. The chose not to.
