I keep hanging on in hopes of getting something, but getting tired of putting up with all the C-ap and id--ts just for a few bucks?

“They” are working on customers/members being able to get refunds on their app to where they don’t have to bring merchandise back to stores/clubs.
Claims and receiving positions were recently eliminated at Sam’s Club, however, the new backroom associate position includes doing both claims and receiving.
I am not sure, I keep hearing that it is, but not sure when.
Well service desk processing claims on returns is just started to be tested so you have some time. Rumor is when a defective item is returned, the system will choose a disposition and print a claima label. 3rd party will pick the boxes up.
