I agree with the author of the article that 2019 is going to be a big year, but only in terms that we will be witnessing big shifts within the company. If 2018 was the year of uncertainty, 2019 is going to be the year in which we will get the answers. The question that remains is will those answers favorable to the workers. My guess is no, far from that. Think that the announced changes are just the beginning and that we will be seeing a lot more selloffs, spinoffs, restructuring, and even breaking up parts of the company. It would be naive to think that those kinds of changes are not going to affect the employee headcount on a larger scale. So, My opinion is that there will not be that much uncertainty in 2019, but I don’t think we are going to like the answers that we get.
