With the Acceptance Now Collection Centers closing and laying off Collection Staff entirely, along with the type of customers base, payments delinquency is rising quick. The huge savings that made the financial reporting look so profitable might back fire within next quarter or two.

What did they think was going to happen without a proper collections department? I was laid off with almost no notice, so I can't help but find this amusing. RAC is such a ridiculous company.
