He will be here for another 25 years, but you on the other hand may receive a red folder at any moment to compensate for their failures.
1st envelope: Blame the predecessor.

The company is in a bad time, so hard to tell. Next litmus point will be if they make him chairman. As far as succession, maybe Carre or Slocum. I think he is there to stay as Hal likes stability and predictability to play the lap dog role with investors. My two cents
