Notice that the New hire Lawyer filed an 8K the other day saying nr failed to make Interest payments on their 4% Convertible notes due 2021. Way i read it is, Interest has been running since 12-2017. Bottom line --they are cutting a check today (1-18-2019) for $504,792 to get themselves back in compliance. Some things never change
