What the company should do is go back to all d rates but get rid of anyone d rate or t rate that doesn’t have a degree or trades school. You’d get rid of most of the stupidity here and get more work outta less people who can actually function. Let’s face it most of the t rates over all are a waste of time with no skills to speak of. Along with some d rates also. A lot of the quality issues would get fixed in the process too.

Get rid of the Union... they lazy and don’t deserve the job... I am sure some union ahole will comment... hahah can’t wait to see hahahha
If you get rid of all the union workers without schooling, training, or an education, there won't be any union workers left. Sounds like an awesome plan to me!
You have to draw the line somewhere the quality of people that have been brought in are one step above window lickers
Don't forget those with a GED. They've already proven that they are quitters. They aren't any use during tough times. Regardless of their skill.
This is a Type I error. You are also mistaking credentials for actual skill.
It won’t be long before all manufacturing work goes south or overseas. It doesn’t require a degree to see that.
