Fire all Directors and half of all managers!! They do Nothing!! They add no value to retain, enroll or market new students. UOPX is sooo stupid to keep directors and managers as they berate and diminish all morale. Tell us President Cohen what major comedian or actor did you hire for the leadership's Christmas party? What swanky 5 start Scottsdale resort is the leadership party? You proud that our campus had a holiday potluck and $5 gift exchange. When I was hired for the job I was told it was a customer service position now after my first six months its all sales and quotas or excuse "budgets". Our team was under "budget" this month so we don't get sh!t.

This would funny if it weren’t true. What do you get? Just be ready for your holiday “Thank you” email from our leaders. You know, those emails that make you want to puke. “Thanking you so much for your service”..... blah blah blah. I guarantee we will see all those today. The emails are complete BS. They forget we are in sales ourselves. Can’t BS a BS’er.
