I was reading about the sale of fiber assets in Minnesota and Nebraska to Arvig and, even though I am generally against these types of sales, I actually think that this is a smart move. Retaining the right for consumption and usage of these assets and not needing to invest more money in upkeep will definitely make WS more competitive in this region.

It is good for the regional fiber companies, hopefully WIN's records aren't too messed up....probably the first of many asset sales in the next 12 months....
