Management can see this; Who cares!!

Who cares if you do! Just like the manager from mechanical that was on here trying to explain the holiday and the rule of 7. The only reason for a manager to explain anything on this site is for some internal need for justification.

If you are not man enough to stand by your actions alone, surely you only look more like a fool trying to justify them!!

The business decisions that are made by this company and their nepotistic management team are nothing more than laughable.

The problem is all of the top leadership did nothing but ride the coattails of their fathers legacies to get where they are.

They have a skewed view of the world because they think they have climbed the corporate ladder, when infact they are like the Paris Hilton’s of corporate America. Their only accomplishments where being born into a railroad legacy!!

Local managers do not make man power decisions. They are directed to implement said decisions. Local management will make suggestions as to which positions are unneeded. I’m not sure of any current “legacy” executives. There is one who’s Father was a Senior VP but he has worked his way up. This railroad is all about who you know and not what you know. That part is agreed.
