whats really confusing is the increase in share price after some a-- hat burned several of the oil tanks in the Permian
Noble is like a once strong thoroughbred winner which was gelded by greed and then had four legs broken by the stupidity of management.
Noble has no leaders. They have no direction. They are always late into every play. Late into south Texas. Late into the Haynesville shale. Late into the Marcellus. Late into the Eagleford. ........the only thing they are not late on is resigning so that some real talent can run the country.
