Cut executives holiday bonuses?

Do they even get 'holiday' bonuses - the executives, not the real workers?

How much money would they save? Knock the CEO's and every other executive's pay to $150K, and have their jobs tied to the performance of the company every year. If the company had people who knew how to spend the money wisely, it could possibly stabilize the heavy losses....

But the higher up you get in the company leadership, the more clueless they become....

It’s cost cutting. The company is bloated, and this is no secret to anyone. Streamline systems processes and people. There is still a lot of money to be saved. That is where the focus is. So yes, if you work twice as hard for same pay your boss will still get his bonus and when it is determined that your position or team is not good for the bottom line you will be let go

The VPs get performance bonuses based on cost cutting efforts. So as you work yourself to death today remember your doing this so your VP will get a hefty bonus. I couldn't tell you what the executive bonus is based on at this point... It is sure not company performance because they would get nothing, and we all now that isn't the case here.

Why do you want to punish the job creators? Having they suffered enough already?

Just like politicians, company execs will never lower their own personal bottom line. They will simply stick it to the employees until the gravy train runs out.
