If the pay is a problem, it should be made up by all the work being steered away from a Marietta, GA shop and a Alpharetta, GA shop. Sitting here upset that a raise is nowhere in sight but those two shops targeted because they do good work and not "playing ball". I talk to each of those customers. They happy with those shops when they choose but those shops we flagged them and they have pages of rules we enforce against them. They not only not paying us, they taking all the pay away from those shops. ridiculous. we getting laid off, they getting put out of business.

its not the same as what it use to be. when it was "service first" I use to like work. now its about cutting everything and I don't make anymore for anymore I cut. only thing good about any of it the benefits. and that really isn't that great. glad I am not the only one p-ss-d about all this. im at the office now and looking...yea SF obviously hates them to places. Those places got a suit against us for it looks like. Good. I hope they win it.
State Farm is a lousy company to work with and for and a million policy loss to prove it. I’m off this sinking ship As soon as I possibly can before it kills me.
That's funny you say that. Flag, marked, whatever it is, I had to tell any person that said they were going to those shops all sorts of phrases to get them to go somewhere else. Pretty loose guidelines on what I could say. I am still not sure to this day why the farm was doing that to them. I never had a car personally repaired at those shops of my own but most all my insureds/claimants said they were the place to get a vehicle repaired. I know those two shops. They were the Only 2 shops we were doing it to in GA. They are still open (or so GOOGLE says) . I left the farm about 8 months ago but I bet its still happening.
