This is so great now, i love the new culture. Happy employees means more than actual work. Don't have to work hard any more. Get to sit around for most of the day and act like your working and being happy. Just need to make the ones that do work do my job and i can sit here all day. Management knows and doesn't care either as long as we are happy.... collect that pay check.

S---s to be in the OSC, I'm sure, but over here in HR it's all smiles, even as everyone knows that dysfunction runs rampant and those who get laid off usually deserve it the least and many of those who remain (especially from Directors on up) deserve to be in a soup line. And don't even get me started on CHK share price (WTF?!?!?!?).
nah, you wanna see REAL dysfunction, just head on over to B14 and check out KD's handy work since taking over. The guy couldn't manage his way out of an overly-large, wet paper bag and of course his bestest buddie (KH) is nothing more than a rubber-stamp machine run amok for KD's id--tic decisions.
