QTG warehousing is the first to come to mind? How’s it possible these guys can last so long????

The directors are nice but they are obviously out for themselves. You get development and opportunity as long as you don’t threaten their positions.
QTG became NAN a few years back. The leadership has been the same for years. No one ever progresses past sr manager because of all the career directors. It’s not good business to have the same leadership team for over a decade. There were a few good people who came in but they either left for opportunity or were railroaded so the big boys could save their jobs. It’s not a good place for ambitious people.
Those guys should be in a museum - ancient relics of the “good ‘ol days.”
It's not what you know it's who you know. Sorry. Networking has always mattered. Preschool if you can manage it. But it's never too late. Shouldn't have spent your 20s smoking weed with losers.
