What to expect from new company to be formed (i donno what the hell that means) Is it safe to stick around or jump of the ship ASAP? Is the 150% bonus deal still happening?

Part of the reason Ruh got fired by Culp is for wasting Billions on many failed software concepts. The silicon valley mess is all going to get cleaned up with massive sales of every Digital Industrial mistake as well as move of resources for back end GE IT tools to Genpact.
If you have ever been on the app called Blind, you would see that the San Ramon GE people were getting massive salaries and in some cases 3-5X the same amount which are paid to normal GE people in manufacturing activities in the central part of the US.
Based on some of the comments on Blind it was not uncommon for there to be cash hiring incentives and compensations well over $200K per year for non-executives.

First, your inability to communicate properly should disqualify you from any bonus. Second, you’re crazy if you think anyone below SEB will get a significant bonus...why would they?
