I will tell you that they are not cutting front line managers....nobody wants to be a field manager these days to begin with and they are short. What they will do however is offer other jobs the "wonderful" opportunity to be the whipping post of directors to become an MYO. The benefits are that you get to work 65+ hours a week with lots of conference calls. Welcome aboard s---ers!
