Heard this today....since last year was Project Phoenix when the layoffs went on. Guess Odyssey will be the new CEO’s start to cleaning house again. Hopefully it will not impact many, besides the managers that don’t do squat, we run so lean now it is unbearable. Keep you ears and eyes open.

Its amazing how lean sales has to run their operations, while MEM is bloated with so many non contributing heads.

If it’s true, let’s hope they don’t drag it out like they did last time. Get in, get it done, move on. The last lay-off lacked respect for employees and left the entire organization asking what the heck just happened.
The Project names are stupid and unimaginative, as usual. They need names like Project Daleks or Operation Flush.
